This Site is owned and operated by Adlib Creative 17 382 573 124 trading as Adlib Creative (referred to in these terms as “Adlib Creative”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). Please take the time to read this Digital Image Licence, which governs your purchase of any images, illustrations and/or templates via our Site and operates in conjunction with our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This Licence applies to all customers (“user”, “you” and “your”).
You are taken to have accepted the terms of this Digital Image Licence once your purchase has been finalised.
LIMITED LICENCE FOR DIGITAL IMAGES
Where you download or purchase digital images from our Site (Digital Images), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates for your own personal use. You may not assign or transfer the Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates to any other person without our express written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates available on our Site incorporate intellectual property owned by us, and/or by third parties that license the content to us. Your download or purchase of any Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates does not grant or transfer any rights, title or interest to you in relation to this intellectual property, except as provided by this licence.
IMAGE ALTERATION
Except as otherwise expressly stated, you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reverse engineer, alter, sell, create derivative works of, enhance, enter into competitions or otherwise exploit any of the Digital Images or illustrations in whole or in part, in any manner whatsoever except as expressly authorised by us.
NO COMMERCIAL USE
You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sublicence, publish, sell or otherwise provide the Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates to third parties for financial gain. If any third party wishes to use the Digital Images, they must be purchased directly from our Site.
PROVIDING CREDIT
You agree to credit us wherever you reference the Digital Images or illustrations, for editorial purposes or otherwise. This includes – but is not limited to – social media posts, blog articles, websites, portfolios and online or printed magazines. Such reference to us can be made by using our business name or social media handle/s.
DOWNLOAD OF DIGITAL IMAGES
After payment for your Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates has been confirmed, you will have the option to download the Images, illustrations and/or templates and all responsibility for maintaining the downloaded copy is transferred to you. We will not be responsible for any issues with the Digital Images, illustrations and/or templates after download.
